What it includes: The FOB price includes the cost of transporting goods to the port of shipment, loading them onto the vessel, and the value of the goods. It also includes taxes minus subsidies. 

What it doesn’t includes: The FOB price does not include charges once the goods are on board, such as freight, insurance, and unloading costs.
